IN ORDER TO USE CENTRUE’S SERVICES, YOU MUST CONSENT TO THE ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF LEGALLY REQUIRED DISCLOSURES. PLEASE READ THIS E-SIGN CONSENT FORM CAREFULLY.
Your consent to receive disclosures electronically is required to use any Centrue Services (as defined in our Terms & Conditions). If you are unwilling or unable to provide such consent, you will not be able to use our Services. This E-Sign Consent applies to all communications and disclosures Centrue is legally required to provide to you in writing in relation to your use of our Services (“Communications”). It supplements and shall be interpreted alongside our Terms & Conditions.

  • Notifications regarding technical use, access credentials, or activity on your account
  • Responses to any service-related support claims or enquiries.

5. Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications at any time by emailing support@centrue.com. We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that withdrawing consent may result in the suspension or termination of your access to Centrue Services.


6. Communications in Writing

All electronic Communications are considered “in writing” and legally equivalent to paper-based communications. We encourage you to print or save important documents. Unless we receive a failed delivery notification, we consider Communications delivered within 24 hours of being posted online or sent via email.

Centrue reserves the right to amend or discontinue the provision of electronic Communications. If changes are made to this E-Sign Consent or to the method of electronic delivery, we will notify you where required by law.
