These Centrue Terms and Conditions (these "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "your") and Centrue AG ("Centrue," "we," "us," or "our"), a technology company registered in Switzerland. These Terms govern your use of Centrue's tools, APIs, SDKs, technical environments, software infrastructure, and related documentation and services (collectively, the "Services").

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt resolution informally by contacting legal@centrue.com. If unresolved, any dispute shall be exclusively governed by the laws of Switzerland, with jurisdiction in the courts of Zug.
Centrue may update these Terms periodically. Changes will become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated. We will notify you where required by law or regulation. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
